Due to popular demand, Skimlite is now offering an imported price competitive line of Brushes that are still service quality. Spartan Brushes come with ALL METAL handles for extra strength, as well as Patented magnetic end caps. These magnetic end caps add 4” of extra bristle length, and makes removing metal objects from the bottom of the pool a simple task.

- Silicon Carbide(Same material used on Street Sweepers)
- Does not Rust like stainless steel
- Does not Poke like stainless steel
- Thicker, Larger, and longer lasting Bristles than Stainless Steel that make it ideal for rougher surfaced pools such as Pebble tech, and Diamond brite
- Safe to use on new plaster pools unlike stainless steel
- Floats does not sink like stainless steel making it easy to skim if bristles become dislodged
- Treats black algae without scratching pool surfaces unlike stainless steel.

- PBT is stronger, thicker, and harder than the standard PP bristles used in the industry which allows for more efficient brushing

- PBT is heat and cold resistant when compared to PP (a weather sensitive material)
