Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in good condition and include all original components, accessories, and packaging (if applicable).
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Return Shipping

2026 Warranty Policy
1. Homeowner Warranty — One (1) Year Limited Warranty
Skimlite provides this One (1) Year Limited Warranty exclusively to the original purchaser of eligible products purchased through the Company’s official online store. This warranty applies solely to the following maintenance items:
-Aluminum telescopic pool poles
-Pool brushes
-Pool skimmers and nets
This warranty is effective from the date of original retail purchase and remains valid for one (1) year, unless prohibited by applicable law. This warranty is nontransferable.
2. Service Professionals Warranty — Sixty (60) Day Limited Warranty
For purchases made by professional pool service providers, the Company offers a Sixty (60) Day Limited Warranty covering the following Covered Products:
-Aluminum telescopic pool poles
- Pool brushes
-Pool skimmers and nets
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is nontransferable, and becomes effective on
the date of original purchase.
3. Scope of Warranty Coverage
Subject to the terms, limitations, and exclusions detailed herein, the Company warrants that all
Covered Products shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship when used under
normal, intended operating conditions.
The Company’s sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty is limited, to the Company’s sole
discretion, to:
The repair of the defective product.
The replacement of the defective product; or
The issuance of credit is equivalent to the purchase price of the defective product.
No other remedy shall be available unless expressly required by applicable law.
4. Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not apply to any damage, failure, or defect resulting from:
Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
Use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose
Cracking, bending, warping, or breakage caused by excessive force or overextension
Exposure to pool chemicals, prolonged sunlight or weather exposure, or improper storage
Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
Normal wear and tear
The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages
arising out of the use or inability to use the product, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. ThirdParty Ownership and Transfer Restrictions
This warranty is extended solely and exclusively to the original purchaser.
The Company does not honor claims made directly by:
Subsequent owners
End users
Thirdparty consumers
Warranty transferees
All warranty claims must be initiated through the original purchaser and processed through the
original point of purchase. The Company will not issue direct credits, replacements, or remedies to
any third party.
6. Warranty Claim Procedure
To request warranty service, the original purchaser must:
1. Provide valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
2. Submit a written description of the claimed defect; photographs may be required.
3. Return the product for inspection if requested by the Company.

Upon verification and acceptance of a valid claim, the Company will, at its sole discretion, replace
the defective product or issue credit.
7. Reservation of Rights
The Company reserves the right to:
Modify its warranty policies at any time, without notice, for future purchases.
Determine whether a product qualifies as defective under the terms of this warranty.
Deny any claim that it fails to meet the requirements set forth herein.
